There are several issues raised where the client claims that the report is loading with a delay or it is throwing an error while running the report.
This might be caused due to large volume of the data and hence user might face slowness while loading the report.

- Sprinkle is mainly a BI Tool + Data Pipeline Tool which comes as a bundled offering with LeadSquared.
- The entire Sprinkle platform is hosted on Amazon Redshift cloud platform due to which there are no performance issues which you might face on LSQ standard/custom reports due to large data volume. The Standard/custom reports are equipped to handle Lead or activity volume of about 100000 rows or so…but beyond that there is slowness or error in loading these reports.
- Sprinkle also works as a data pipeline tool where you can integrate different data sources from client end using their inbuilt connectors or using API Keys.
- Sprinkle also offers self serve as an option to the clients so once onboarded, we usually train the clients to use or build their own reports accordingly to their requirements on Sprinkle.
