  1.  Why am I unable to deploy the tracking script on the website?
    Answer: 
    The customer is loading the tracking script using a caching plugin. The tracking script must be loaded from our domain ‘web-in21.mxradon.com’ for it to work. 

  2. Why is the View Page activity not showing up in Activity History?
    Answer: Use exported landing page HTML as it has information like org code, landing page id, etc against which we record the visit. Currently, only the tracking script is installed and no org details or landing page detail is present on the page. On all the pages customer has a form that has a submission URL so the form is getting submitted to their backend server & not to the CRM from the UI.
