Why I’m unable to download a custom report?
Answer: “No export” permission is applied. On all Admin users, the export option is not visible. Please get the Permission Template updated with Export permission to get the download buttons.
Why are not able to view old WhatsApp Reports logs?
Answer: The WhatsApp Reports Logs are only stored for the 60 days after the log date.
Sales User is unable to access “Custom activity Analysis” Report.
Answer: ->This standard report is only accessible to Admins, Sales Manager & Marketing users.
