Question: Why there is mismatch in the time with I import Lead?
Answer: Check the Time zone. For E.g.: The user who created the list is in GMT-12 time zone. And the user who logged in and checking the list is in GMT+5:30. Hence the created On time is varying. As a solution we can change the time zone of the user who is creating the list to GMT+5:30.

Question: What happens when we change the email ID of an user.
Answer: If we change the email ID of the users then no data in lost. Only a new welcome email will be sent to the newly added ID of the user.
Question: The client was not able add web users in the account even though from the billings team all actions were done.
Solution: When checked the CSM need to create add an OF (order form) and send the same to the legal team so that the legal team will approve. Billings won’t be doing this.
Question: Is it better to edit the current user’s details or create a new user?
Solution: It is always advised to create a new user post making the older user obsolete.
Question: While trying to import, the user is getting this error “Input format Invalid. Column headers in the first row cannot be left blank”.
Solution: -> Kindly check if there is any blank space in the 1st row of the column header. If there is no blank space then kindly try to copy and paste the data in the new csv file and try importing again.
