For the email template to work as expected.
1. First Option is to Use the Visual Designer editor so that you can drag and drop the images from the content Library
2. Second is they can use HTML, but have to set proper image height and width values for fine resolution and this needs to be done from the client developer end
3. Also suggest customers to use multiple images instead of one big image to create the template
The template which is created using Visual Designer should be pasted in Visual Designer editor and the one which is created in HTML should be pasted in HTML-type editor. As cross editor is not supported and there could be a loss of data.
