Hi Team,
This article will help you find the number of API errors for an organization with the help of orgId without loging to the tenant.
- Login to Grafana.
- Click on this link https://grafanamonitorv2.leadsquared.co/d/o3Tga3IMk/v2-api-logs?orgId=, In case the link is not asseciable then you can search API in the dashboard.
- Click on API – V2
- Click V2 API LOGS
- Select the region, OrgId.
- Under the filter click on plus and search for response_code and give the error response code for which you want the data.
- The result will show the number of API call failure and clicking on inspect will allow you to download the CSV file containing the endpoints for which the API’s have failed.
NOTE : – Don’t forget to add the time else it might vary the result.
