Fixing SMS Sync Issue: Reconnecting & Generating Ring Central User Authentication Token.

To rectify this SMS sync issue, we kindly ask you to reset the connection between Ring Central and LeadSquared. Please follow the below steps.

1.) Navigate to Apps Marketplace

2.) Configure the Ring Central Texting connector.



3.)  Click on Reset connection.



4.) Sign in again using Ring Central’s super admin creds

5.)  Set the below configuration and save it. Help article on how to configure:- https://help.leadsquared.com/ringcentral-texting-connector/



Ask every user to re-authenticate themselves with Ring Central using the below steps.

1. Clear your browser cache to ensure you have the latest updates.

2. Login to your LeadSquared account.

3. Open any test lead or create a new test lead using the provided phone number (+1-9085407765).

4. Navigate to the lead page and click on the blue “Action” button on the right side. Select the “Send Text” option from the menu.

            

 



5. In the pop-up that appears. Choose your assigned phone number from the top right corner in the same Pop-up box, it will ask you to login using your Ring Central account. Please login and authorise LeadSquared to send out texts. 

 



6. Once the authorization is completed, Choose your assigned phone number from the top right corner in the same Pop-up box. 

 

 

7. Send a test text message. 

 

8. Log out from your LeadSquared account and log in again to see it working.
