Upon checking the account for the raised query, kindly do check and confirm us the below asks:
1. Have they configured telephony V1 API or V2 API at their end to push the logs.
Note – If an account is using V2 API to push the call log then it is generic behaviour that the URL will not be available in telephony Webhook URL.
