Agent Pop up not displayed

Request you to kindly confirm if the below checks are verified:
– User level – In the user profile, verify if the “Show Phone Call Popup” option has been enabled. After enabling, logout and login are required by the user.​
– Account level – Verify if the agent popup has been enabled in the connector configuration​
– In the user profiler, verify if the “Agent Phone Numbers” option has value(s).
– Check if the phone number format is correct. If the country code is specified, it should be in the +CC-PhoneNumber format. If not using CC, send only the phone number in the request​
– Check if the phone number of the agent was changed recently. If so, the old number would have been cached. You can clear the cache by logging out and logging in.​
– Check the agent pop-up calls, if it is successful or failed due to incorrect values.

Also, in the browser developer console (hit F12 to open)  -> Network tab -> click WS, verify that the call is established, and the phone number is the same as the one in Agent Phone Numbers​
