
ESS stands for Elastic Search service. Performing search operation on some fields in large
database is slower and this feature provides more reliable and faster search in
larger tenants
The following are the Product
behavior changes observed in the ESS tenants.
- ESS tenants will observe a delay of 5 minutes in
reflecting data in the UI for lead, activity, task data from V2 API Calls.
- Same delay is observed for Lead, Activity Import or any other bulk operations.
- Campaign email sent activity will not be visible in Activity History if the lead do not email open/click activity on the email sent. We need to get the “Campaign Emails” tab from Tenant management to see the campaign emails sent.
- The following extra operators will be shown in advanced
search.
Lead Activity, Sales Group, Task supports “Is Not” operator.
Advanced Search on User supports “Is Active” and “Is Inactive”.
Date type fields have “HAS” search available on only Lead fields.
- In ESS tenants, internal CFS fields can be customised into different columns.
- By enabling ESS, we can search leads by the custom
lead fields in the quick search. It will have addition search benefits on
partial and fuzzy search.
- The limit for Lead export is 1 lakh and this is not customizable. However, it can be increased for the ESS tenants
