Issue: The users encounters 500 OOPS! error while accessing/fetching the task from the Manage tasks page. (Clearing cache, switching browser is also not
aiding and rest of the modules are working as expected)
Resolution: There is a convenient solution for the issue, you can navigate to Smart
Views > Open a Task based Tab > Set it as Calendar View > Navigate back
to Manage Task Page.
Steps to follow:
1. Go to “Smart Views”
2. Go to any task type tab, if you do not have any task tab in your view, please click on the inverted triangle > Add New Tab.
Please note the task type tab has the below symbol.
3. Select type as “Task”, and select the below-mentioned filters. Click on “Save”.
4. In the task tab, change the view from classic view to the calendar view
