ISSUE –
When leads are synced from one LSQ Account to another LSQ Account using Universal Lead Capture, the data of all the lead fields are not getting retrieved by the ULC Webhook, only a few system fields and recently updated field values are getting pushed. The automation trigger is set as “Lead Update”.
SOLUTION –
The automation is set that calls the ULC Webhook. Under the Webhook card of the automation “Include Latest Data” needs to be enabled (PFB screenshot). If this option is enabled then only all the lead field values of the lead will be retrieved and pushed to the other Account and the lead will be captured/ updated in the other LSQ Account where the ULC is configured.
