Automation trigger issue | Bulk Lead Import

Issue Reported: 

                              Automation did not trigger on leads that were bulk imported onto the system (24000+)


Findings:

                              The “Trigger on Import” option was enabled in the trigger card

                              The “Bulk Trigger” option was already enabled in the Tenant Management settings

Solution:

                              It is to be ensured that the imported lead count (per import) is within the limit set under Automation settings in tenant management. Maximum limit available – 100000

                              

The automation will not trigger for any of the imported leads if the record limit is exceeded by 1
