MSG91 – SLUG VALUE

   Issue Reported:

· Unable to send SMS and wanted LeadSquared IPs to be whitelisted


   Things that need to be checked: 

  1. When creating an SMS Template in LeadSquared, provide the exact Variable Names, as they’re configured when creating an SMS Template (flow) in your MSG91 account
  2. It is mandatory to use only one MSG91 template (flow) when creating an MSG91 Campaign
  3. Check the Slug value in the Template
   Resolution:
  1. There is no specific IP address from the LeadSquared end for the MSG91 connector
  2.  While creating an MSG91 campaign it is important to have slug value in the template
  3. The name of the slug value will be the campaign name that is being created during the campaign and it should be given by the provider
  4. Need to check in the template whether the slug value field which is passed should not contain any space in between them
