Issue Description
  1. Call logs are not getting captured through Call and SMS tracker app
  2. Call tracking issue
  3. Call logs for new leads are not getting captured 
Causes for the issue: 
  1. Since the call logs are captured based on the phone number of the lead, make sure whether the leads are created or imported with the correct phone format (+91-xxxxxxxxxx). Even if you don’t provide +91- in the phone number filed value while importing the lead, the call logs won’t get captured (please note: In the lead details page the phone format will be displayed in +91- format, but that doesn’t mean it is imported/ created through API in the same format. So always check with the CSV file or payload for the respective lead.
  2. The call log activities will be captured only for the leads existing in the system. For unknown leads/leads yet to be added to the system, the call logs won’t get captured through the call and SMS tracker app (Confirmed by the Dev team).
