In case of Payments being missed, where integration is done via Razorpay through dynamic forms, first thing to be checked:
- Webhook
as shown below is enabled or not, if not then inform the PS/CS owner or
the customer if no POC from our end to refer to the attached document and
complete the configuration
- Post the above webhook is configured, if still issue persists, then ask the vendor to provide the webhook response logs from received at their end.
- On click
of method chosen at the time of payment post the payment gateway pops up
as an Iframe, an Ajax request if formed, which can be seen in the network
logs as shown below:
- As it can be seen in the above screenshot there is referrer as mentioned below, this will always be the portal URL domain of the tenant if the payment is initiated from LSQ.

- Post checking the above steps, if the webhook response logs are success which are provided by the vendor and referrer is also Tenant portal URL, then proceed by raising a ticket to Shwetha/Sathya.
