**Opportunity based Telephony**is enabled in the account, however upon clicking the view details button in Agent POP-UP, it is getting routed to the **Lead Details** Page instead of the **Opportunity Details** Page. ![](https://desk.zoho.in/galleryDocuments/edbsn5a350b5a368abd04b6290f737a574c2485a5df0675e94ca9ec822ee20dbec98f14839faf118ea8f44d51326fe67e0246e70789357db3712e1977bc4d043f66c5)

By default the **View Details** Button will have the **Lead Link** in it fetched by the **Get APIs** used in the Telephony Connector if the**View Details** Button should route to the **Opportunity Details** page then we have to pass another parameter** "OpportunityTelephonyMappingId":"O${{OpportunityId}}"**in the Agent POP-UP API.
