# Unsupported Media type error

**Problem statement****:**The client was facing an issue where they are getting the unsupported media type error while placing the calls through mobile cloud calling connector.

**Solution:**After checking the mapping, we see that content-type parameter was not added and after adding that the calls are placed without any error.
