In case the tasks are **cancelled** they will not be visible in the task tab.

How can a task be cancelled?
Cancel option available under actions in manage task page.

How do we check for cancelled tasks?
1. Manage task page:

2. Retrive task API:

However the cancelled tasks will not be available in task tab of a lead and there is no option to fetch deleted or cancelled tasks.![](https://desk.zoho.in/galleryDocuments/edbsn6fd989e687681d3473874600a0d480a6f950daf27c5fa29a3b6deddc91d4b9e1693f57fad48e8d85d5812a7814229a21fee3379e721a8a441d42cea216818d6d)
