# SOP – ASD Addition request

**Note: Check whether request is for Vistaar Sales or Vistaar Service.**

**ASD Addition Request**

When an ASM submits an ASD addition request, the support team must first verify that all necessary fields are included in the email.

Expected fields

Post the confirmation of fields approval from Bajaj HO is needed.

Fields required for approval:

|   |   |   |   | a<SAP Code>@baldealer.com | **Active** |

 

**ASD Email ID Format:**
 a<SAP Code>@baldealer.com

*Note:* The stage must always be set to **Active** before sending for approval.

**Approval from Bajaj HO (Vivek/Som):**

**Email IDs:**    

Kumar Vivek: kvivek@bajajauto.co.in        Som Debasis: sdebasis@bajajauto.co.in

Once approval is received, the actual process begins.

**The process:** Manage ASD’s > Add new ASD > Fill in the details under the **Name** section & **Profile** section > Enter all the details received from ASM.

Note:

1. **Counter Name** should be entered as **First Name**        
2. **SAP Code** should be entered as **Counter SAP Code**
