# Reports | Email Category – ‘Others’

**Problem Statement:**What is 'Others' in the 'Email Consumption Break-Up' report?

**Solution:** Any email that goes apart from Email Campaigns, Automation and Test Emails are grouped under 'Others' category. The reports Team calculates email usage in Email Campaigns/Automation/Test Emails and then subtracts it from Total Emails Usage and buckets them under 'Others' category in the email consumption breakup report for any account.
