# Reporting to Group Hierarchy Explained

Hello Team,

Greetings from LeadSquared Support.

Kindly note there are two Lead AccessControl Configuration which we have in our TM;

1. Sales Group Hierarchy
2. Reporting Manager Hierarchy

Note - By default while on-boarding SalesGroup hierarchy only was enabled across tenants.
Sales Group Hierarchy:

Here allow me to explain this behaviour;

For example:
Per se four sales users were there in **Alpha** group user A, user B, user C, user D.
&
Four sales users in **Beta** group user E, user F, user G, user H.

If user A has made 'sales manager' of Beta group then while user A logging via his account he could see his group ( Alpha ) user's leads by default and Beta group users leads also since salesgroup hierarchy was configured. 

Reporting Manager Hierarchy:

Allow me to explain the behaviour;

For example:
Let's say two sales users were there in **Alpha** group user A, user B, two sales users in **Beta** group user C, user D, two sales user in **Gamma** group user E, user F and two sales user in **Delta** group user G, user H.

Let's assume users C, D, G, H were given reporting to user A while creating the user & user A also made 'sales manager' of Gamma group.

In this case while user A logging via his account he could see his group ( Alpha ) user's leads by default, Gamma group users leads since he is sales manager for that group and also he can see user C, D, G, H's leads detail since **they were given reporting to user A while creating the user**.
