# OTP Issue

**Problem Statements**

1. Not receiving OTP over email/SMS.

**Resolution**

1. Please try to login using this link - [https://in21.leadsquared.com/](https://in21.leadsquared.com/) or [https://login-in21.leadsquared.com/](https://login-in21.leadsquared.com/) and let us know if you are still facing the issue.
2. Request you to please login via ADFS credentials.
3. OTP will be received in Google Authenticator Application.
