# Mobile login is restricted

A user is able to login to web however is restricted to login on mobile.

Reason:
Though the user type is regular which allows both web and mobile login. We can still restrict mobile login by enabling the setting - **"Restrict Mobile App Login"**

Solution:Disable the above setting "Restrict Mobile App Login"
