# Missing Custom Activities in Reports

Often tickets are raised stating that a few Custom Activities are not listed in Activity drop downs  –

Sol: We show only the Custom Activity types whose **direction**is defined to be **Outbound**– Editing and updating the Direction of the Custom field would fix the issue.
