# Less leads coming in Report data export

Issue: While exporting any report(Custom, System report) apart from large exportable reports, less leads are coming in export file than the number of leads present on report UI.

Resolution: There is a limit of 10K records that can be exported via any report that can be exported in one go. If it is not a large exportable report, the max number of leads that can be exported is 10K and unfortunately this limit cannot be increased.

Alternatives:
1. Use sprinkle reports.
2. Use Large exportable reports.
2. Export report in batches so that number of leads in each search does not exceeds 10K.
