# Leadsquared Tracking Script for WordPress Not Working

Troubleshooting steps if **Leadsquared Tracking Script Plugin** for **Wordpress** is not working:

1. Check for the latest version of the Leadsquared as well as Wordpress plugin and their compatibility.

2. Check for conflicts with other installed/activated plugins (esp. Wordpress performance enhancing plugins, pop-up blockers etc.)

3. Check for conflicts with manually added Tracking script code in the **Theme-footer **(footer.php) section of the website code or any other template section (e.g footer-campaign.php)

4. Check if there is a **Theme conflict. **To verify this, switch to the unaltered **default version** of Wordpress (twenty-seventeen) and check if it works. If yes, then the conflict is due to the theme of the website template.
