# Issue With the Page Loading

**Scenario:****  ****Users experienced page loading issues in CRM pages using different networks.**

**RCA:**

Please find below points

1. A browser extension was modifying the request by adding an extra parameter, which resulted in the page failing to load as expected.

**Solution:**

Asked user to remove the extension or check with their IT team.
