# Issue with filtering owners in Reports

**Problem Statement**- > Customer is facing an issue where only inactive and admin users names were available in owners name dropdown list in Phone call metrics by users report .

**Solution**- Disable "Enable  Reporting To Hierarchy " feature while saving the report
