# Duplicate leads are being created

Greetings from Leadsquared Support,

Upon checking the account for the mentioned issue, request you to check the below things;

1. Check whether Phone formatting was enabled in the account.

2. Check whether the default country code was empty or given in the company profile.

3. If not, please add +91 and as default it will fix the issue.
