# CTM_Voice mail not coming

Problem statement: For issues around Voice mail not coming
There could be a possibility that Incorrect mapping for voicemail under user profile

Go through the steps of user creation to identify and rectify the issue. 

-> Go to [Settings->Manage users](https://app.calltrackingmetrics.com/account_users) and find the user profile.
