![](https://static.zohocdn.com/zoho-desk-editor/static/images/info.png)Root Cause Analysis: The automation by default fetches data for all associated data objects and entities such as Tasks, Activities and obviously Leads/Opportunities and Owner fields. While retrieving data from the database, any field value containing special characters, but not limited to (![](https://desk.zoho.in/galleryDocuments/edbsnc2960953d9e0c5be28f384d2d35bd201ea77437133e9c549e5960423ce317b662f93fa2943010b08b6bbe55a456dcbfbbe3abe7e16aa4788f7d029a38fc9bac7)), the internal Web Application Firewall breaks and the authentication token is immediately invalidated.

2) If the above is not possible, plan B is to raise a dev. ticket to Manikanta or the Relevant WAF Dev. POC to check the feasibility of whitelisting the same.
