# Filtering Leads Based on Lead Capture Activity

If we want to filter the leads based on the fields present in the 'Lead Capture' activities, we can do that based on the 'Notes' option in the dropdown. PFB the screenshot:

For example if we want to put a filter based on 'First Name' we will select 'Notes' contains 'Rahul' or if we want to put a filter based on the field 'NHCE-course-list' we will enter 'NHCE-course-list' contains 'UG'. PFB the screenshot for reference:
