# Agent Panel size issue

**Issue:** Agent panel keeps getting minimized or its size decreases unexpectedly.

**Root Cause:** The panel width and height were set to **100** in the UTC configuration.

**Resolution:**
A value of 100 is too small — this configuration controls the panel size **when minimized**, not the full panel size. For proper visibility, it should be set to **at least 500** for both width and height.
Ensure these values are configured correctly to avoid the panel appearing too small when minimized.
